Application process
Step 1
Application & selection
Upon receiving your CV and cover letter, we evaluate whether you are a good match for both RAI and the job profile. We aim to provide you with a response within one week.
Step 2
Introduction interview
Once we see that you share the same passion as we do, we warmly invite you for a coffee/tea to have our first introduction. Following the initial conversation, you'll receive feedback over the phone.
Step 3
Assessment
If you're enthusiastic and so are we? We'd love to schedule a follow-up appointment with you. For the second interview, we'll conduct an e-assessment. The assessment serves as the basis for the second interview. For us, the assessment is not an end in itself, but rather a useful tool to delve deeper into the conversation together.
Step 4
Second interview
In the second interview, we'll review the assessment together. This conversation usually includes the manager and an HR representative who will provide feedback on the assessment. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. If we both continue to be enthusiastic afterwards, you'll receive an offer from us as soon as possible.
Step 5
Hired!
Yes, congratulations! Now, there are just a few practical matters to take care of. We typically discuss the terms of employment over the phone and confirm everything via email.
