Procurement acts as an expertise center responsible for executive and advisory tasks in the field of strategic and tactical procurement processes and supplier management. Contracts are negotiated and administratively managed by this team through contract management, and business units are supported, if necessary, in the execution of operational procurement processes and contract management.
