About us
About us
At RAI Amsterdam, we inspire and activate all employees and ourselves to bring out the best in themselves and each other. We aim to contribute to a learning and inclusive work environment, focusing on result-orientation, personal responsibility, innovation, and collaboration.
Working at RAI Amsterdam is never the same. We are flexible and driven to deliver the best results. We take initiative, dare to be entrepreneurial, and like to surprise. Within the organization, we work together as a close-knit team to achieve our shared goals. To grow individually and collectively, we continue to learn, reflect, and improve.
Our own festival; Down The Habit Hole!
RAI Amsterdam considers the well-being of its employees very important. In February 2024, RAI Amsterdam organized Down the Habit Hole; an event for and by employees. During this event, employees had the opportunity to provide more input on topics that are important within the organization in a playful manner. Curious about the aftermovie? Watch it here!
Podcast with our HR-Manager
Our HR manager, Bianca van den Oever, was a guest on the HR Bazen podcast. In it, she talks about how RAI turns its employee satisfaction survey into a festival experience and what HR lessons Bianca has learned over the past years. Listen to the episode here!

"There is nothing comparable to RAI. The unique dynamics, the enormous scale, and the diversity of people and departments make it a special place to work. The collegiality among colleagues is palpable in everything we do, and you get plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and take on new challenges."
Penina Litaay
F&B Manager
"What I value most about working at RAI is the atmosphere. I expected it to be quite corporate, but it feels like a close-knit team where everyone is open and helpful. RAI does a lot for its people, from outings and drinks to profit sharing. I'm pleasantly surprised every day at how well everything is organized."
Tim Alberti
Account Manager
"The culture here is truly unique. No matter what position you have, you can chat with anyone or brainstorm together. Hierarchy plays no role here; everyone is approachable and equal."
Emiel Karel
Operational Technical Manager
"What I appreciate most about our company culture is that we are ultimately all working towards the same goal together. We put in a lot of effort for that. And whenever possible, the drinks flow, and we truly celebrate our successes together. Also, the mix of young and old, which seamlessly interacts, makes it extra fun."

Senior Project Manager
