At all events, you will receive on-site instruction so that you can start well-prepared. In addition, there are department-specific training sessions provided at major events.

As a flexible employees you have great career opportunities at RAI. We coach you and work together with the temporary employment agency to assess your personal growth and potential opportunities. If you receive a good evaluation, we will include you in our flexible pool and gladly use your services more often. If there is a need for specific training, we are happy to discuss this with you to see if and how we can accommodate it. This could include, for example, a Beer, Wine, and Barista training.

There are several ways to work with at RAI as a flex employee: through a temporary employment agency, another intermediary, or on an interim basis. For most temporary positions, you are employed by the temporary employment agency and can work for us for a certain number of hours. For temporary office positions, we often work with a temporary employment or secondment construction. Additionally, we want to invest in you and if it works out for both parties, we would like to request your services more often so that you can become a regular at RAI!
