Internship compensation
At RAI Amsterdam, mbo, and hbo/wo students receive €750.

Is there space for my school assignments or thesis during my internship?
Yes, when the tasks allow it there is the possibility, in consultation with your internship supervisor, to work on school assignments or your thesis.

How does my first week of internship look like?
During your first week, you will get to know RAI at a relaxed pace. You'll meet your team and receive a tour of the RAI. You'll become familiar with our systems, get to know other team members, and slowly start picking up tasks. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, so you can always rely on a team member to assist you!

How does it work with the 2 extra days off?
As an intern, you receive 2 extra days off per month that you can utilize. If you work less than 40 hours per week, these days will be calculated proportionally. You coordinate the use of these days with your internship supervisor.

Are there dress code requirements?
If you join the Operations business unit, you'll receive company uniforms in your first week. Otherwise, we don't have specific requirements, but we generally adhere to a business casual dress code. For client meetings, a neat presentation is expected.

Is it possible to shadow other departments during my internship?
Yes! Your tasks will be within your assigned department. However, there is certainly room to shadow other departments for a day.
