RAI Amsterdam
Application process
Step 1
After receiving your CV and cover letter, we will assess whether you fit with RAI and the job profile. We aim to respond to you within one week.
Step 2
Once you share our passion, we warmly invite you to join us for a cup of coffee/tea for an initial introduction. Following the first meeting, you will receive feedback via phone call.
Step 3
Are you as enthusiastic as we are? Then we would like to schedule a follow-up meeting with you. For the second interview, we will use an e-assessment. The assessment serves as the basis for the second interview. At our company, the assessment is not an end in itself, but rather a valuable tool to deepen our discussion together.
Step 4
In the second interview, we will discuss the report of your assessment together. This conversation typically involves the manager and an HR representative who will provide feedback on the assessment. There will also be plenty of opportunity for questions. If we remain enthusiastic about each other afterward, you will receive an offer from us as soon as possible.
Step 5
Yes, congratulations! Now, we just need to arrange a few practical matters. We often discuss the employment conditions over the phone and confirm everything via email.
About RAI Amsterdam
