The assessment serves as the basis for the second interview. At our company, the assessment is not an end in itself, but rather a valuable tool to deepen our discussion together.

In the second interview, we will discuss the report of your assessment together. This conversation typically involves the manager and an HR representative who will provide feedback on the assessment. There will also be plenty of opportunity for questions. If we remain enthusiastic about each other afterward, you will receive an offer from us as soon as possible.
