Real Estate

RAI Amsterdam is the beating heart of international congresses, trade shows, and events in the Netherlands. Our Real Estate department is responsible for the management and maintenance of our buildings, technical installations, and grounds. We are constantly working on optimizing and innovating our facilities.

Real Estate

The Real Estate department is primarily responsible for the architectural and technical management, focusing on buildings, technical installations, facilities, and surrounding areas. The department consists of over 20 employees, divided into strategic, tactical, and operational roles.

Technical Services

This department at RAI Amsterdam primarily involves performing first-line maintenance, both preventive and corrective, and resolving malfunctions and damages to buildings, installations, and facilities. For more complex tasks such as renovations and revisions, collaboration with external contractors is undertaken.

Each year, we welcome an average of 1.5 million visitors to the RAI, from large-scale trade shows and conferences with 50,000 attendees to meetings with just 10 people. Regardless of the size, we meticulously organize every event.
