Exhibitor Services
The department Exhibitor Services (ES) is responsible for selling services to exhibitors participating in an event within RAI Amsterdam. This includes everything present at a trade show, from stand construction to catering and from electrical services to hostesses.
Organiser Services
In this department, there are Account Managers and Product Specialists. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the commercial process of sales, upselling, and relationship management from the contract handover from Business Development, which acquires new customers. The primary focus is on external organizers (Accounts) with the goal of optimizing customer relationships and achieving maximum margin.
RAI Hotel Services
This commercial service is one of the facilities for contracting congresses and events to us. The department's activities include securing hotel capacity in Amsterdam and the region, concluding contracts with organizers for the delivery of hotel capacity, booking hotel rooms for participants, and aligning reserved capacity with actual demand during the preparation process of congresses/events. In total, the department books approximately 150,000 hotel rooms per year (across various quality levels).
Project Management
